In order for a junior to attend any of the events, we ask that the below Junior Player Profile Form is completed. This ensures we maintain up-to-date information and confirm parental consent.
These forms are kept until December each year and then destroyed in order to minimise GDPR risks.
By way of a reminder, any child who arrives to play in an event for whom we do not hold such a form will be unable to play.
